Also known as the AC in AC Home Cafe. I’m a food & beverage content creator and author of The Home Cafe and Brew This Book. I love making easy, delicious and eye‑catching drinks that anyone can whip up at home.
Back in March 2020 during the first global quarantine, I was finishing my master’s degree in legal and forensic psychology. One day I stumbled onto “homecafé” videos on Instagram — calming, pretty, and honestly just a nice break from the world. I was stuck at home and bored… but inspired, so I tried filming one of my own. A few weeks later, I started posting drink videos on TikTok and Instagram with ingredient lists and later, full recipes!
After graduating, I worked in the mental health field by day and tested drink ideas by night, slowly realizing how much I loved the creative process as much as the drinks themselves. Six years later, that little quarantine hobby has turned into a full‑time passion that I’ve had the chance to share with a community of home café lovers and collaborate with some of my favorite drink brands.
